National Weather Service:<span-size:10.5pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#202020">
Hurricane Sally has dropped to a Category 1.  Southeast Louisiana is no longer under a Hurricane Warning. The storm is barely moving and is expected to make landfall tomorrow.  Seas off Southwest Pass should start to lessen late tonight into tomorrow.  The Carrollton Gauge may go up to 9.5 feet by this afternoon.   

Corps of Engineers:<span-size:10.5pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#202020">
All dredges have been secured and are in safe harbor. The survey boats are scheduled to begin heading downriver tomorrow morning to begin surveying operations.

Coast Guard:<span-size:10.5pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#202020">
Current Port Condition is Zulu.  At this time, the Coast Guard is not prepared to lift Zulu due to the slow speed of the storm.  The Captain of the Port is looking at a possible phased lifting of Zulu as additional weather reports are provided.

Port Authorities:<span-size:10.5pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#202020">
All Port Authorities are standing by waiting for the Port Condition Zulu to be lifted.

Pilot Associations:<span-size:10.5pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#202020">
Bar Pilots: Vessel off Southwest Pass reports winds at 30-40 knots and wave heights up to 4 meters.  The Bar Pilots dock and batture are currently underwater.  Working on a plan to begin moving vessels once the seas have gone down.

Crescent Pilots: Waiting on the Coast Guard to give permission to bring equipment back to Pilottown.

NOBRA Pilots: Standing by waiting for Zulu to be lifted.

Federal Pilots: Standing by waiting for Zulu to be lifted.
